The building (previous called “Ackselhaus”) dates back to the 1900s and is located in Prenzlauer Berg, within walking distance to the trendy “Mitte“ district. The rooms are individually designed and thoughtfully equipped. Throughout the building you can enjoy hand-picked details and a private art collection.

Kater

Kater is located in Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain on Warschauer Straße, one of the most exciting and pulsating streets of Berlin and representing the underground spirit of the city. The location is great for its proximity to museums and art galleries, unique night clubs and urban parks and gardens.

Built in 1910 and listed as an historical monument since 1980, the building hosting Kater is an impressive brick construction with three separate entrances housing restaurants, cafes and local boutiques on the ground floor facing the street. The Kater Crash Pads are ideal for groups of travellers and those who love Berlin's daytime and nightlife.

Munico is located in Obergiesing, a popular residential district in the south of Munich, in a quiet location at the back of a modern building. Levi consists of two apartments, Master Residents, that are located in the courtyard of a quiet side street in Plagwitz district, a popular area in the south-west part of Leipzig, only a few steps away from the vibrant Karl-Heine-Straße. The space is designed to give you a comfortable, relaxed homely feeling, with carefully selected colors of the walls, light and textures. Merchant is located in Mala Straná, one of the most ancient and central areas of Prague, two minutes walk from the legendary Charles Bridge, in a 19th century building called U Hradeb. The location is excellent for its proximity to most of the city's attractions and good connections to all areas around the Old Town. At the back of the building there is a restful courtyard with a portico and a fountain decorated with a Rusalka, a small dancer sculpted by artist Jan Han. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the courtyard, where guests with access to this area can enjoy the outdoor seating. The hallway and the main staircase are characterised by their white style and wooden element combination that creates a residential yet traditional ambience. The accommodations are accessed via digital locks and many have a balcony or a terrace, perfect to recharge and breathe in the fresh air between your adventures in one of Europe’s beautiful capitals.
